In the first case, everything can be done through the Google Books website itself, and in the second case, it can be done through Google Play Books. All the details are described below.

From a computer

To download one or more free Google books from your computer:

• For that, Go to the program download page and click the download button next to the logo of the operating system installed on your computer.
• Once the download is complete on Windows, open the .exe file resulting, click Yes/Run, click Next four times in a row, click Install, and then click Finish.
• If you use a Mac, open the .dmg file and drag the application icon to the Applications folder in MacOS. Then right-click it, choose Open from the menu that appears, and confirm that you are ready to run the application.
• When the application window appears on the desktop, paste the URL from Google Book Search that you want to download in the box below the words URL in Google Book Search.

As an alternative to the program mentioned above and if you use a Windows computer, you can use EDS Google Books Downloader. Allows you to download books and extracts from Google Books for free.

You can save them in PDF, PNG or JPG format, But in this case, you can do it all with a handy internal search engine. The user interface is intuitive, and downloading is quite easy (although it depends a lot on the Internet connection you use).

Tutorial

• To download the program to your computer, access the download page and click the EDS Google Books Downloader button at the bottom.
