Fix iPhone Backup Failed Error

2. On the next screen, check the amount of storage space used and remaining in your iCloud account.

You may want to make an effort to free up iCloud storage space if the amount of remaining iCloud storage is less than 2 GB.

The opposite option is to purchase additional iCloud storage by going to Manage storage > Change storage plan > Select Storage plan that meets your needs.

If you don't want to purchase additional iCloud storage, you can rely on manually backing up your iPhone to a Mac or on a laptop with Home windows using iTunes.

4. Backup iPhone to iCloud

Try to manually backup your iPhone and see if you get the error message “iPhone Backup Failed”.

2. On the next screen, switch to iCloud backup and click Now back on our feet.

Wait for the backup process to complete.

5. Check the status of Apple's iCloud backup service

Your iPhone won't be able to backup to iCloud if there's a problem with Apple's iCloud backup service. You can check this by visiting Apple's website Permanent web page of the system.

On the Permanent System web page, check the iCloud Backup entry and make sure the following circle is checked iCloud backup is inexperienced.

6. Signal output/signal input for iCloud

Usually the problem is due to your Apple ID not being recognized by Apple's iCloud service or various iCloud-related issues.

Once you're logged in, try backing up your iCloud Drive by following the steps suggested in Method 4 above.

7. Reset all settings

If the above strategies don't help you, reset all settings on your iPhone to factory defaults.

After your iPhone restarts, connect to your Wi-Fi network and check if you can manually back up your iPhone to iCloud.
