Fix No Command Error On Android

Use the power and volume up buttons to enter the phone's recovery mode

Every Android phone has a recovery mode through which you can enter the Safe Mode or restart the phone.

• Press the power button (about 3-5 seconds) on your phone and quickly press (do not hold) the volume down button while still holding the power button.

• Now loose the power button and once in the recovery menu you can use the recovery mode options (explained later in the article) to resolve the no command issue. If you are not getting into recovery mode, you may need to try the above key combinations at least three times. For some phone models, the user may need to tap the volume up key twice.
• If that didn't work, hold down the button for upload el costumes (10 to 15 seconds) and touch slightly the button de on to check if that boots the phone into recovery mode.

Try the volume down and power buttons to enter recovery mode

This is another method to enter recovery mode. If this doesn't work, you can search on Google your brand and see the specific method for your device.

• Turns off the phone, either by using the power button or by removing the phone's battery (if possible).
• Now hold down  volume down buttons y on for 20-30 seconds.
• Wait for the phone to boot and check if the phone boots into the FastBoot or Boot mode selection menu.

Press the home key together with the power, volume up and volume down buttons

• Hold down  power buttons, home y turn up the volume to check if that boots into Android or into the boot/recovery selection menu. If so, you can use the recovery options to continue.

Connect Android phone to PC

In this scenario, you need to connect your Android phone to a PC and then try to boot into recovery mode.

Use the phone's recovery mode

Run tests in the phone's recovery menu

• Once the test is complete, go back to the recovery menu (if it doesn't automatically display on your phone) and select Restart now.
• Upon reboot, check if the Android issue under discussion is resolved.
• Otherwise, boot again into the phone's recovery menu and run the locale test to see if that solves the problem.
• If not and your OEM equipped your phone with some other tests, check if running some of those tests in the phone Recovery menu wipe the screen No command.

Wipe phone data and reset to factory settings

If none of the above worked for you, then you have no choice but to wipe data and factory reset your phone. Please note that it may lose your data if there is no backup of your phone data. Also, make sure to remove the SD card (if present) from your phone.

Before proceeding, check if booting your phone into safe mode via key combinations (check the OEM website) allows you to overcome the Android issue at hand. Before factory resetting your phone, check if applying OS update from cache or SD card (if the issue occurred after an OS update) solves the problem, as many tech-savvy users have reported that it works for them.

• In your phone's recovery menu, go to the Wipe data / factory reset option using the volume keys and press the power button to select it.
• Now select Yes to delete all user data and wait until the process is complete.
• Once completed, select Reboot system now and hopefully upon reboot the No Command on Android issue will be fixed.
• If that didn't work, check if reinsert battery (if possible) and erase phone data allows you to solve the problem of lack of command.
