If you've gotten this far without an explanation as to why this problem is occurring, you should also pay attention to your Windows Registry.
Every time you change a program's settings, the settings are also changed in the registry. The registry consists of folder-like "keys" and "values" that can contain numbers, text, or other data.
Several affected users who are also dealing with this issue on Windows 11 and Windows 10 have confirmed that the issue was fixed after they used the Registry Editor to create a new Reg value called RendererCodeIntegrityEnabled and assigned it the appropriate value.
If this scenario is applicable to you, you can get rid of the page has a problem error by modifying the registry accordingly.
These are the exact steps you need to follow to modify the registry:

Nota: If you are using a third-party antivirus, the instructions will be different, so you should search the Internet for instructions specific to your AV.
If you are having trouble excluding msedge.exe from Windows security, here is a guide to help you do so:

- Now that you are inside the menu Windows security, click Protection against viruses and threats. After that, in Settings virus and threat protection, you will find a button called Manage settings, click on it.

Please proceed to the next solution if this did not make the error go away.
Set the DisabledComponents key to 0 via Registry Editor
Another reason that can cause this problem to appear is the fact that IPv6 is actually disabled via the Registry (it even appears enabled if you check the adapter properties).
This can be solved by accessing the Editor of the Register to find the key DisabledComponents, then you need to set the value to 0 to make sure it is disabled.
Follow the steps below if you don't know how to do it:
- You should start this by opening the Registry Editor. Press the Windows key + R to open a dialog box Run and writes 'regedit', then press enter to open it.
- After that, you will be asked for the User Account Control, click Yes to grant permission and the Registry Editor will open.
- Now that you're inside Editor of the Record, you need to find DisabledComponents. Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then click SYSTEM, then access CurrentControlSet.
- Afterwards, you need to click on Services followed by Tcpip6 and then access Parameters.
Nota: You can also access this folder directly by inserting the following code in the top side space:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters
- Now double click on the value called DisabledComponents and make sure the value date is set to 0.
- Once you've done that, restart your computer and try the Microsoft Edge browser again to see if you still encounter the error the page has a problem.

If you don't know how to do this, follow the steps described below:
- Open Sophos Antivirus and go to Sophos dashboard.
Nota: To do this, you need to have an account. If not, use SSO instead.
- You now need to select your primary device. If you have more than one device protected with Sophos Home, select the one you are working on.
