How to fix error code 1017 on Disney Plus
Before you try the solutions we are going to mention to fix error code 1017 on Disney Plus, make sure that your device is compatible with Disney Plus (even if it was working fine before, because an OS or app update can push your device to incompatible devices).
1.- Restart the device and the network equipment.
A temporary communication failure between your device and Disney servers may cause the Disney Plus app to display error code 1017. In this case, restarting your device and network equipment (such as a modem or router) may resolve the issue.
- Firstly, turns off your device (e.g. Samsung TV) and network equipment (modem, router, etc.).
- Now unplug all devices (TV, modem, router, etc.) from the power supply and disconnect them each.

Edit the DNS settings on your Android device
- Slide your finger up(or down) to open the quick setup of your phone and hold down the icon of Wi-Fi.

- First, connect your device (e.g. Samsung TV) directly to the Internet without a router / modem and check if the Disney Plus app is working fine.
