Unlike Gmail or Outlook, Yahoo requires customers to provide a phone number to sign up for its free email service. However, it is possible to bypass this restriction and create a Yahoo email without a phone number.
Create a Yahoo Email without a Phone Number
In this article, we propose two completely different strategies to create a Yahoo email account without using a phone number.
The first technique is to use an email ID from another service provider to join Yahoo. You have to use your Gmail or Outlook email ID to join your Yahoo account.
The second technique is to use the TextNow app to get a free phone number and use the TextNow phone number to create a Yahoo account.
Word: The second technique does not always work, as Yahoo is continuously working on dialing VOIP numbers.
Technique #1: Create a Yahoo account using another email ID
The best way to create a Yahoo email account without using a phone number is to join Yahoo Mail using your Gmail or Outlook email account.
1. Go to Yahoo.com and click the button Register possibility, located in the upper right corner.
2. On the next screen, click Create an account button.
3. On the account creation screen, select I want to use my current email address possibility.

3. Enter your TextNow amount in Yahoo

4. When you click Continue, Yahoo sends a verification code to TextNow Phone Number.
