The technological revolution has reached all sectors, and as expected, the world of music is not far behind. In this context, it bursts into All Music Works (AMW), a record label located in the Spanish city of Malaga that has taken the step of exclusively integrating artists generated through artificial intelligence (IA)This innovative project aims to transform the rules of the game with creative proposals never seen before.

Carlos Zehr, the founder of this creative collective, makes it very clear: “We don’t follow the rules, we rewrite them.” The premise is simple, but powerful: make music and create artists that transcend the barriers of the traditional, using technology as an ally to explore new forms of artistic and commercial expression.

What makes AMW artists unique?

Virtual Artists All Music Works

Unlike other approaches where artificial intelligence imitates or adapts existing voices and styles, All Music Works is committed to total originality. Each artist is designed from scratch: their musical style, their aesthetic, and even fictional stories that create a complete identity. According to Zehr, “This all starts with paper and pencil, analyzing trends and building detailed profiles.”

Among the most prominent names in the catalogue are: The Good Dog, an artist with influences of indie rock, garage rock and britpop; or Loïc Motel, whose proposal mixes synth-pop, disco-funk and psychedelia. There is also room for genres such as trap, reggaeton and k-pop, represented by figures such as Peggaeo y Miyoo.

The role of technology

La technological innovation is at the core of All Music Works' success. According to its founder, the company uses advanced artificial intelligence tools that allow it to create elements such as vocals, instrumental arrangements, and lyrics for its songs. However, the human touch remains crucial. “Our teams continually monitor the work to ensure that the AI respects guidelines such as tonality, rhythms and even the narrative we want to convey with each track,” explains Zehr.

The result is a production fast, accessible and economically efficientZehr says they can create in a month and at a fraction of the cost what traditional record labels would take a year to produce.

On the legal front, AMW also seeks to preempt potential debates over authorship and rights to works created with AI. “If clear guidelines are drawn up and there is human oversight, we are talking about art,” says Zehr, responding to those who question whether creations generated by machines can be considered authentic.

Impact on industry and the public

La ambition All Music Works' approach doesn't stop at producing music. The label is also exploring technologies to bring these proposals to the live concert arena and developing B2B business models designed for brands that want to partner with music.

AMW virtual artists are available on popular platforms such as Spotify y TikTok, where they are rapidly gaining audiences. “This is just the beginning,” says Zehr, pointing out that revenue from streaming and licenses are just the tip of the iceberg of what they plan to achieve.

A disruptive model or a threat?

Opinions on this innovative model are divided. On the one hand, many see AMW as a unique opportunity to democratize musical production, allowing "virtual" artists to compete on equal terms with major international stars. However, others criticize the lack of "soul," which they consider essential in artistic creation.

Despite these criticisms, All Music Works is convinced that this fusion of technology and art is the future. “Only by challenging the established order can we truly innovate,” concludes Zehr, giving way to an artistic approach that embraces both the human and the digital in their fullest expression.

All Music Works on digital platforms

All Music Works is working to redefine what we mean by music and artists in a world where creativity and technology go hand in hand. Their motto, “there is no evolution without revolution,” perfectly sums up their mission: to create a future where AI is more than a tool, it is a true creative force.
