If you can't see the {Photograph} Stream images on your MacBook, Mac Mini, or iMac, here are the steps to fix the {Photograph} Stream not connecting to your Mac.
{Photograph} Stream won't connect to your Mac
When the photo stream isn't working, you won't be able to add photos from your Mac to the photo stream or see photos from different devices ( iPhone , iPad ) displayed on your Mac.
Another common sign of missing {Photograph} Stream on Mac is the disappearance or absence of the “My {Photograph} Stream” album in the Mac Footage app.
Photos are uploaded to My Photo Stream only when your device is connected to a secure Wi-Fi network. So make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network and that the signal strength is strong.
2. Configure updates
Mac's Safe Options may stop working or become stuck due to a pending macOS replacement. To resolve this, click the Apple logo in the top menu bar and choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu.
On the next screen, click on Replace software program icon and settings Updates (if available).
3. Update the photo stream
Open the Photos app > click Photos in the top menu bar and choose Preferences from the drop-down menu.
On the next screen, go to iCloud tab and untabulator My Photo Stream option.
Wait 30 seconds and allow {Photograph} Stream to re-enter your device by selecting the My Photo Stream option.
4. Restart the Mac
Click on the Apple logo in the top menu bar and choose Restart from the drop-down menu.
After restarting your Mac, check that the {Photograph} Stream album now appears on your device, displaying your most recently downloaded photos.
5. Activate the photo stream on different devices
Photos from different devices can be displayed on your Mac using {Photograph} Stream, as long as {Photograph} Stream is turned on on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > iCloud > Photos and transfer the tip to the following: Photos Stream à ON instead.
Apple TV: Go to Settings > Accounts > iCloud and turn on My Photo Stream.
6. Check Apple ID
Click the Apple logo in the top menu bar and choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu. On the next screen, check your Apple ID.
Make sure you use the same Apple ID on different devices.
7. Sign out of your Apple ID
The problem is usually that your Apple ID isn't recognized by iCloud. To fix this, click the Apple logo in the top menu bar and choose System Preferences from the drop-down menu. On the next screen, click Apple ID.
On the Apple ID screen, scroll back and click the Sign Out button.
After signing out, wait 30 seconds and sign back in with your Apple ID.
8. Disable still images on various devices
You won't be able to view your iPhone or iPad images on your Mac if you've captured images on these devices with the "Keep Images" option enabled.
Currently, My {Photograph} Stream only supports JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and RAW codecs. Therefore, photos or videos you simply took in stills mode were not uploaded to the photo stream.
Open the Digital Camera app on your iPhone > choose the Living Room Picture icon and tap the OFF option.
From now on, whenever you take photos or videos on your iPhone, make sure Stay Photographs has a typo mark.
