After you have created the Pivot Table and used it to create studies, you will most likely need to delete it. Below you will find the steps to delete the pivot table in Excel in three completely different scenarios.

The quickest way to delete a pivot table in Excel is to delete the worksheet that contains the pivot table.

Press the button correctly spreadsheet with the Pivot Desktop and click on the Delete in the right-click menu that appears.

Another way to remove the pivot table in Excel is to choose any Cell in the Pivot office and uses Management + A Keyboard shortcut.

However, each of these options only selects the cells that are visible in Pivot Desktop and cannot be used if you use filters in Pivot Desktop.

Also, the above strategies cannot be used if you want to delete Pivot Desktop while keeping the summary created by Pivot Desktop.

Therefore, we propose the following steps: delete Pivot Desk with your information, delete Pivot Desk while protecting your information, and delete Pivot Desk information while keeping Pivot Desk.

1. Eliminate the Pivot Table along with your knowledge

Follow the steps below to remove Pivot Desk with all its data.

1. Choose any Cell at the headquarters.

2. Push the button Pivot Table Analysis in the top menu bar > click on Actions > Choose > Full pivot table.

3. Once the entire turntable is selected, press the button Delete on your laptop keyboard to delete the pivot table and its data.

2. Copy the knowledge from the pivot table and delete the pivot table

A common scenario occurs when you need to present only the summary or resulting information generated by a PivotDesk and never incorporate the PivotDesk into your presentation.

1. Choose any Cell at the headquarters.

2. Push the button Pivot Table Analysis in the top menu bar > click on Actions > Choose > Full pivot table.

3. With the Full Pivot desktop selected, right-click anywhere Cell from the Pivot Table and click on Copy.

4. Then right click on a Cell in the spreadsheet and click the button Paste in private choice.

Note: You can even paste the information from your home office into a new spreadsheet.

5. In the Specific Paste dialog box, choose the option Values and click OK.

6. As you can see below, only the summary or consecutive information created by Pivot Desk has been pasted.

After pasting the pivot table information, you can delete the pivot table by repeating the steps to select the complete and urgent pivot table Delete button.

3. Remove knowledge from the pivot table but keep the pivot table

In this case, you are trying to delete the summary or resulting information created by the Pivot Desktop, while saving the Pivot Desktop for reuse.

1. Choose any Cell at the headquarters.

2. Push the button Pivot Table Analysis in the top menu bar > click on Actions > Delete > Erase everything.

3. This can completely erase the information created by the Pivot Desktop and you will be left with a clean Pivot Desktop.
