If the above method 01 doesn't work on your device, then method 02 is the only way to increase speaker volume on Android phone. If your phone is rooted, then follow the steps below:
- Step 1: download and install Mobile Uncle MTK Tool on your Android device.
- Step 2: now open the tool.
- Step 3: click on «MTK Engineer Mode«, slide your screen and go to the section «Hardware Testing«.
- Step 4: Now, click on the option “Audio» and press the option «Normal Mode«.
For front speakers: MTK Engineer Mode >> Hardware Testing>> Audio>> Normal Mode
- Step 5: Now select the [sph].
- Step 6: changes the value of all according to the level.

Difference between Method 01 and Method 02

Granular volume control with a Build.Prop setting
Download JRummy's BuildProp Editor en Google Play Store and open it. Press the “pencil» at the top right to open manual editing mode.
