So the first step may be to check the Skype audio and video settings screen to see what kind of error message appears.

1. Open in Skype or Whatsapp Application on your PC

2. Enable Skype to join the net camera

Follow the steps below to ensure that Skype can access your computer's digital camera.

3. Leave the net camera on your computer

Follow the steps below to ensure that the net camera is enabled on your computer.

5. Restart Skype

If the restore option has not worked, you can reset the Skype application. This can primarily remove and reinstall the Skype application on your computer.

5. Replace the net camera drivers

Follow the steps below to ensure your net camera is using the latest drivers.
