To fix this problem, you can switch to Google DNS servers, which are considered more reliable and faster than most DNS servers.
1. Open Settings > click on Community & Internet.
2. On the next screen, click on Community and shared heart in the "Edit your community settings" section.
3. On the Community and Heart sharing screen, click on your Energy Community ID.

Another DNS provider you may want to consider using is OpenDNS, available at DNS server addresses 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.

If the above steps did not help, it is possible that the person's Chrome profile has become corrupted. This can be resolved by removing the Chrome browser and reinstalling it on your computer.
1. Open Settings on your PC and click on Apps.
2. On the Apps screen, click Apps & options in the left panel. In the right panel, scroll down and click the Google Chrome > Uninstall button.
