Apple's My Photo Stream feature lets you share your latest 1.000 images across all your devices (iPhone, iPad, and Mac).

When you turn on {Photograph} Stream on your iPhone, pictures you take on your device are transferred to the My {Photograph} Stream album in iCloud, and a compressed copy of the pictures is available on your other devices (Mac, iPad, PC).

{Photograph} Stream also automatically transfers a copy of the images from the different devices to the storage internal of your iPhone.

If you find that pictures from different devices are cluttering up the Pictures app and taking up space in your device's storage, you'll need to turn off Photo Streaming.
