Additionally, you should also consider disabling Mobile Data on your iPhone to ensure that any data usage on your iPhone is limited to WiFi only and that your phone is not using Mobile Data.
Observe: Turning off Roaming Awareness can even disable global or out-of-space text messaging on your iPhone.
Turn on or off roaming awareness on an Android phone
1. Touch the button Parameters Application on your Android phone.
2. Then scroll down to Cellular networks located in the Connections section and click on it.
3. On the Crimson Cellular screen, make sure that Roaming Awareness is about to come to light (see image below).
